The hosts and the team

Melea Health Concept Team are people who understand that true luxury lies in science, mindfulness and self-care.

Zahra’s work sits at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life, shaped by a personal journey that led her from the world of luxury into the depth of the healing arts. Her journey started when her mother and her were diagnosed with Cancer and started to explore different holistic modalities to heal from the inside out. Drawing on breathwork, somatic practices, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she creates experiences that go beyond wellbeing, gently guiding women back to themselves via nature. Her retreats, held across London, Egypt, Greece, and Spain, are known for their depth and intimacy. Spaces where women soften, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath expectation, pressure, and performance. Using ancient rituals and modalities from ancient wisdom. Science and Spirituality have to come together for us to grow, heal and transform.
